京都市区一家历史悠久的荞麦面专门店，仿佛一座荞麦面博物馆，去的那天正好有美国的电台来拍摄纪录片，感觉会成为下一个网红啊！不过他家名气本来就很大了，宣传也是徒劳可能去的比较早吧，人还不多，点了一碗清汤的荞麦面，上菜速度很快。隔壁桌的日本夫妇貌似是从外地过来的，和我一样不停的拍照。整个餐厅面积很大，充满浓浓的京都风，适合摆拍。从里到外都透露着百年老店的气质，服务员也很礼貌。荞麦面本身卖点不大，我觉得口感还是去年在东京吃的米其林一星江户川更胜一筹，不过那次吃的是蘸面，这家选择了汤面，汤头相当赞，应该是用昆布和海鲜调制出来的，反正我是喝光了！配的天妇罗碎很一般，一点不脆。比较意外的是这么老的店居然还可以用卡支付，还真是与时俱进；楼下有很多用荞麦制作的果子，难怪之前在京都伊势丹百货楼下美食区好像看到过呢~
